DIY Planetarium has been busy in 2017. Check out our 2018 demo reel, which includes test renders from our latest show, Piano - An exploration of the mechanical innovations that enable musicians to speak musically through Steinway instruments. We've all heard a grand piano being played in a concert hall or an airport - but for the first time, viewers can now experience one inside out. Our show explores the special connection between performer and instrument, diving through the piano and its mechanical workings to experience music and the Steinway piano in 3D sound and visuals.
